Find is a Simplified Joint Stock Company (Société par actions simplifiée - Single-member company) registered in France with the Rennes Trade and Companies Register under number 934 954 470. Our registered office is located at Les Basses Forges 35530 Noyal-sur-Vilaine, France. Our main activity is programming, consulting, and other IT activities, particularly in the field of recruitment. Information We Collect

• Identification Data: name, first name, email address, phone number.
• Login Credentials: password (hashed), IP address, browser type.
• Location Data (if the user consents).
• Usage Data: user-provided preferences, in-app actions.
• Payment Data: managed solely via Stripe (we do not store bank details).

Use of Information

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Enable access to job search and recruitment features.
• Personalise results (matching between candidates and recruiters) using user-provided preferences (e.g., desired job type, industry, preferred job location) and in-app actions (e.g., job ads viewed, applications made, filters applied). Personalization uses location data for matching.
• Enable the processing of recruiter subscriptions via Stripe.
• Provide user assistance and technical support.
• Ensure account security and fraud prevention.

Legal Basis for Processing (Article 6 UK GDPR)

• Your consent (location data, notifications).
• The performance of a contract (account and subscription management).
• Our legitimate interest (security, service improvement).
• Our legal obligations (fraud prevention, tax obligations).

Data Sharing

We only share your data with: Technical service providers (AWS, Stripe), and public authorities in case of legal obligations. All our sub-processors are contractually bound to guarantee data confidentiality.

Transfers Outside the United Kingdom (and EEA)

Some data may be hosted outside the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA) (notably on AWS or Stripe, in the United States). These transfers are framed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) issued by the European Commission (for EEA transfers) or the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the International Data Transfer Addendum (Addendum) to the EU SCCs issued by the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) (for UK transfers) to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Data Retention Periods

• Account Data: retained as long as the account is active, then deleted within 12 months after the last activity to allow for potential account reactivation and for internal statistical purposes.
• Location Data: deleted after 30 days, as this duration is deemed sufficient for providing geolocated services.
• Support Data: retained for 6 months to allow for follow-up on requests and to improve the quality of our customer service.

Data Security

• Password encryption (hashed and salted).
• Secure connections (HTTPS).
• Strict access control to databases.
• Secure hosting via AWS. We also raise awareness among our staff regarding personal data protection.

User Rights

In accordance with the UK GDPR, you can exercise the following rights at any time: Right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Response time: 1 month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO.

Age Conditions

The Find service is reserved for individuals aged 15 or over. No sensitive data is collected.

Cookies and Trackers

Strictly necessary cookies only. No advertising or tracking cookies without prior consent. Consent banner displayed on first visit.

Data Breach Procedure

In the event of a data breach with risk to rights and freedoms, users and ICO notified within 72h. Immediate corrective action is taken.

Business Sale or Transfer

In case of acquisition or merger, user data may be transferred with prior notification.

Modifications

This policy may be modified at any time. Notification by email in case of significant changes.
